“I have known Juliet Henderson for 8 years. I believe she is a professional who shows integrity and honesty throughout her work. Juliet was recommended as an excellent dentist by friends. After being disillusioned by some of our local dentists we started attending her practice, even though it was a long distance from our home. I find Juliet is well worth travelling miles to see and I plan to follow her to where she works next. Juliet is also excellent with children. My daughter who has had many medical procedures and is therefore frightened of medical intervention constantly asks if she can see Juliet about her teeth. She has the ability to calm children and make them feel comfortable.
I also find that Juliet immediately settles my nerves and is very good at checking throughout the procedure that I am comfortable. She has a sense of humour that helps to ‘lighten’ the more complex treatments, but can balance this with her empathy and compassion. She has an excellent rapport with people.
Juliet’s knowledge and desire to be up to date with the latest procedures and equipment is outstanding. I had a cracked tooth and she was able to pin-point the location of the problem and treat it very effectively using a device I had never seen any other dentist use. She was also very willing to follow-up post treatment and make sure things were going well. When visiting Juliet I know she will always work in my best interest and very openly go through the options for treatment. She is always willing to refer you to specialists if you prefer this option, however, I have been happier to have her do procedures for me instead. I trust her opinion as a professional implicitly, and know that she will never give me unnecessary treatment.
